2 oz La Pulga Mezcal Artesanal
1/4 oz Filthy olive brine
1/4 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Chile liqueur
Blue cheese-stuffed olive & cocktail onion for garnish
Martini glass
Method
1. Chill glass.
2. Shake ingredients with ice.
3. Discard chilling ice water.
4. Fine strain into the glass.
5. Garnish with skewered olive and onion. Enjoy.
