Dave's Manhattan

Ingredients

• 2 oz La Pulga Reposado Tequila
  

• 1 oz Amaro Nonino
  

• 2 dashes orange bitters
  

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  

• Luxardo cherry for garnish
  

Method

1. Chill the martini glass. 

2. Stir tequila, Amaro, bitters, and ice in a mixing glass. 

3. Discard chilling ice water from the glass. 

4. Add a Luxardo cherry and strain the cocktail into the glass. Enjoy.
