Ingredients
- 2 oz La Pulga Sotol
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2–4 oz soda water
- Fine sea salt or Tajín for the rim
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Rocks glass with ice
Method
1. Add Sotol and lime juice to a salt or Tajín-rimmed glass.
2. Top with soda water, stir gently, garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy.
