Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz La Pulga Sotol
  • 1 oz pear nectar
  • 1/2 oz Mike’s Hot Honey
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1–2 oz ginger beer
  • Pear slice and thyme sprig for garnish
  • Rocks glass with ice

Method

  1. Shake Sotol, pear nectar, honey, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer, garnish with pear slice and thyme sprig, and enjoy.
