Ingredients
- 1.5 oz La Pulga Sotol
- 1 oz pear nectar
- 1/2 oz Mike’s Hot Honey
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 oz ginger beer
- Pear slice and thyme sprig for garnish
- Rocks glass with ice
Method
- Shake Sotol, pear nectar, honey, and lemon juice with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with ginger beer, garnish with pear slice and thyme sprig, and enjoy.
