La Pulga Tequila Blanco 110 Proof
Ingredients
- 2 oz La Pulga Tequila Blanco 110
- 1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup (see recipe below)*
- Soda water
- Collins glass with ice
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Method
1. Shake tequila, Luxardo and blueberry simple syrup with ice.
2. Strain over fresh ice into Collins glass.
3. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig, and enjoy.
*Blueberry Simple Syrup
Bring one cup of water, one cup of sugar and one pint of blueberries to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and allow to cook together for a few minutes until all the berries have burst. Cool to room temperature and then double strain. Will keep refrigerated for several weeks.
