Blanco Basil Pepino

La Pulga Tequila Blanco

Ingredients

  • 2 oz La Pulga Blanco Tequila

  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup

  • 3 cucumber coins for muddling

  • 1 cucumber spear for garnish

  • 3 basil leaves

 Method

1. Muddle cucumber coins and basil leaves in a shaker. 

2. Add tequila, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, agave syrup, and ice. 

3. Shake vigorously. 

4. Fine strain into a rocks glass with ice. 

5. Garnish with a cucumber spear and enjoy.
