About the product: Introducing our newest artisanal creation: La Pulga Mezcal Artesanal. Crafted amidst the rugged landscapes of San Luis Potosi, where tradition intertwines with
innovation, this mezcal embodies the essence of the region's rich cultural heritage.

At the heart of our process lies reverence for tradition. We honor the ancient art of
mezcal production, employing time-honored methods passed down through
generations. Our journey begins with the meticulous roasting of agave hearts in
traditional horno ovens where the intense heat infuses each piña with a depth of
flavor unparalleled in its complexity.

But our dedication to authenticity doesn't end there. Embracing the heritage of
San Luis Potosi, we employ the majestic tahona wheel – a timeless symbol of
craftsmanship and connection to the land. With each turn of the wheel, the agave
is crushed, releasing its precious juices and capturing the very essence of the
terroir.
