Ingredients

1 oz La Pulga Mezcal

1 oz Green Chartreuse

3/4 oz jasmine liqueur

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1/4 oz thyme-infused honey syrup

3 large basil leaves
-
1 large rosemary sprig
Method
1. Muddle rosemary leaves and 2 basil leaves.
2. Add other ingredients with ice, shake vigorously.
3. Fine strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with the rosemary sprig wrapped in a basil leaf and enjoy.
