2 oz La Pulga Sotol

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

3/4 oz honey syrup

2 red sweet peppers

Mint sprig

Rocks glass with crushed ice
Method
1. Muddle sweet peppers and mint leaves.
2. Add Sotol, lime juice, and honey syrup.
3. Shake and fine strain over crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.
